Meet Dr. Campbell

Hello my name is Doctor Jacquelyn Campbell and my destiny is to learn about health, medicine, and lifestyle. This driving force influenced my hobbies, education, and career. In 2012 I moved to San Diego to study Kinesiology, the science of human movement. During college I learned, first hand, the importance of holistic health care. I was on the college swim team and I noticed that my diet and lifestyle had a direct impact on my performance. I graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelors in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science.

After graduating, I spent two years training to become a massage therapist and a practitioner in Stecco Fascial Manipulation. The Stecco method is based on the fascial system and it represents how everything is connected in the body. This method can treat a range of chronic internal and physical diseases by releasing specific points on the body. These points on the body are in parallelism with acupuncture points and meridian pathways. This heightened my interest to continue my education and become a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Southern California University of Health Sciences. At SCUHS, I specialized in healthy aging and took extra time studying cosmetics, anxiety, herbal medicine, and advanced needling techniques to address chronic pain.

In-between treating patients at my beautiful Mission Valley office, I spend my time enjoying the outdoors of San Diego. I get most of my exercise walking the beaches, mountain bike riding, and attending social dance classes along side with my fiancé. I also enjoy art, such as painting, ceramics, and creating educational videos.
